Well with two days until departure, the tour has come around very quickly and I am madly running around doing last-minute stuff, which mostly involves gathering together cold weather clothing!
As part of my pre-reading though, I have come across a very interesting book: 'Women Want More - How to Capture Your Share of the the World's Fastest Growing Market' by Michael Silverstein (who also wrote 'Trading Up' several years ago). Worth a look for anyone interested in some recent research. (I couldn't help thinking the management at Myer could learn a few tips from it when I was standing in a ridiculous queue on Tuesday, too).
